Yes I had sent my Life Certificates to BXL.
I understand that bi-annual ( I should live so lng to become an annual subscriber) declarations come with the hefty pension benefit, but the most critical obligation is that we must immediately notify any material change which affects pension or JSIS.That requirement is surely sufficiently well understood to permit some leeway with regard to the fixed two yearly declaration?
